As always, children aged 2 months through 18 years may receive free routine vaccinations.
Immunizations are given at the Well baby Clinic on 802 S. Mill Street, Crawfordsville. Hours are 9-11 A.M. on Thursdays. Children who qualify:

Two part-time employees are counted as one employee for the purpose of this fee schedule.

All seasonal permits are allowed a 30 day extension at no extra charge.
